Students will be expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. They will be shadowing doctors thru appointments and surgeries. They can discuss situations and collectively put together treatment plans.
We have adequate staffing to help with doctors but they are required to be self sufficient to an extent. We have a library of books for resources. Currently we have radiographs including dental. We have a therapy laser that is utilized often for treatments and surgical sites.
Student will be expected to shadow 40 hours during this week. Work days will be Monday thru Saturday. Student will be assigned to one doctor for support/shadowing. There is opportunity to shadow other doctors as well, but one main one during this selected week.
