Description of Elective Experience:
Students are allowed to shadow and given the opportunity to participate when time allows. The are able to go into the field and stay in house for appointments. We do allow students to help in surgery when we are doing shelter spay/neuters.

Equine Portable Xray, 2 Ultrasounds, Shockwave, Cold Laser, In house xray machine, Lameness locator, Equine dental equipment, In house dental machine
We have 7 doctors, 4 of which are mixed animal doctors
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday
