Description of Elective Experience:
Student can choose from our many specialty departments to complete their elective blocks, and may stay for as long as they'd like.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
Along with our host of boarded specialists, we have all of the latest state of the art equipment and a library with books, journals, and articles for study time.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Depending on the department the student chooses to do their block in, normal business hours are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. If the student chooses ER, we are open 24/7 so they can do second or third shift as well.
