Description of Elective Experience:
Small animal practice focusing on animal wellness, spays/neuters, basic surgeries and dentistry. We are independently owned and operated. We serve Strongsville, North Royalton, Parma, Middleburgh Heights, Brunswick and other local areas.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
We use Idexx blood machines and Sedivue urinalysis machine. We have digital x-rays, ultrasonic dental machine and digital dental x-rays.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
A student would be required to work 20-40 hours per week. Performing wellness exams, vaccinations, scrub in for surgeries, communicating with clients and client education
