Animal AM Emergency Clinic of Pasadena functions as a community practice and a 24 hour emergency clinic. Experience at thier facility will include seeing daily appointments as well as triaging, treating and discharging emergency cases. There will also be opportunity to scrub into elective and emergency procedures.
Animal AM Emergency Clinic of Pasadena is a 5 doctor practice with over 15 technicians and 15 support staff members. Diagnostic imaging such as radiographs and ultrasound are available at the practice. Diagnostic labs offered by the clinic include CBC, CHEM, UA etc. They are equipt with an OR for elective and emergency procedures.
Students will be expected to work at the clinic a total of 5 (8-10 hour) shifts per week. These may include swing emergency, daytime emergency, or daytime appointments depending on student preference.
