Description of Elective Experience:
Well rounded experience not only with in-hospital procedures and daily wellness care, but also with shelter and emergency medicine. Daily responsibilities: Assist our Veterinarians, fellow Veterinary students and technicians with medical/patient care, medication administration, sterilization of surgical equipment, proper disinfection of isolation areas, and assist in surgical procedures.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Rotating schedule, 4-5 days a week, shadowing mentoring DVM's

No charge, on-site studio room is available. Pet friendly.
