Benton County Veterinary Services, MO

Description of Elective Experience:

About Our Clinic & Practice: Benton County Veterinary Services is a large animal clinic with a focus on traditional bovine veterinary sciences (routine herd work, sick calls, emergency work, etc.) as well as non-traditional veterinary services such as vitro fertilization, embryo transfer, artificial insemination, chiropractic work, foot table work, and other consulting services. Our clinic also services two regional livestock auctions. We have only been in operation for 7 years and have grown rapidly, transitioning from a mobile-only practice to our clinic in June of 2018. We pride ourselves in offering a host of progressive, non-traditional services particularly in the reproductive field.

About Our Location: Our clinic is located in the midwestern part of Missouri just south of Sedalia and north of Lincoln. We are also located just 20-25 miles North of Lake of the Ozarks, 60 miles southwest of Jefferson City and Columbia, and 80 miles southeast of Kansas City. This allows for easy travel for weekend fun while visiting with us! Although our local town Cole Camp is not very populated, the culture is outstanding and there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time off.
