Description of Elective Experience:
Dr Noah’s Ark is a very very exhaustingly busy small animal clinic. We also partner with a local raptor program, wild life rehab center, and provide care for exotics.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
The Ark offers all kinds of fancy stuff.. digital X-ray and dental X-ray, ultrasound, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, oral surgery, therapy laser and on and on.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
We'll support the students in learning proper technique etc. The Ark is open roughly 50 hours/week. Expectation will be 30-40hrs per week
