Description of Elective Experience:
East El Paso Animal Hospital is a very busy multi doctor practice that sees primariarly small animals but also sees some horses and exotics. Services provided include medicine annd surgery with endoscopy, ultrasound, laser therapy and laser surgery, and dentistry.

East El Paso Animal Hospital is an eight doctor practice with a large support staff including several LVTs. Equipment includes digital radiiography, digital dental radiography, CT scanner, endoscope, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, surgical laser, and a full in house lab,
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Student will work a 40 hour work week to include some weekends. Student will be allowed to do anything they are comfortable doing with supervision and support as needed to include surgery and client interaction.
