Description of Elective Experience:
High surgery volume, specialty hospital with high number of hospitalized patients. Also provide herd health and general services.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
Digital xray, ultrasound, breeding soundness exam equipment, electrocautery, general anesthesia machines.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Hours are 8-6 Monday-Friday and 8-12 Saturdays. Emergency or extended days very possible. Support as asked or needed.

One room within clinic with bed, bathroom with shower in office, refrigerator and microwave, wi-fi is available in clinic office area.
