We are a 3 doctor general small animal practice with emphasis on dentistry and integrative medicine.
Students will be immersed in our every day appointments and surgeries. We will help them hone their skills.
We have a 3:1 technician to doctor ratio. We have full time kennel staff and full time CSRs. The students will be able to shadow the doctors and technicians. We have digital radiography including dental radiographs. We also have ultrasound, surgical laser and therapy laser, in house blood analyzers and full dental and surgery suites.
We expect students to work during our normal working hours at least 40 hours/week. We do not have weekend office hours. Students can shadow and perform tasks as they are capable.
We do have an upstairs apartment available at the clinic. It has a full kitchen, bedroom and bath. The living area is a common area shared with the clinic staff during working hours.
