Description of Elective Experience:
We are a small animals clinic with many urgent care and surgical cases in addition to wellness. We utilize our technicians to their full capacity to work efficiently and thoroughly.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
Highly dependent on LVTs, ultrasound, dental radiographs, IMAGYST, scribe note
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
We are open M 8:30-6 and T-F 8:30-5. This is the expected student hours. We allow hands on experience of skills.
