Description of Elective Experience:
Small animal general practice and urgent care facility offering Dentistry/digital radiology, endoscopy, ultrasonography, surgery, urgent and wellness care
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
Endoscopes, bronchoscope, ultrasound, digital radiology, high speed dental with digital dental radiology, CO2 laser and Radio surgery systems, CBC/Chem lab. One doctor focusing on Feline medicine, One doctor focused on emergency care and one on urgent care and immaging.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Students will play an active role in case management, patient care, client support in a team oriented environment
