Work plan:
Your duties while with us will include, but are not limited to:
- Shadow vet team during daily duties
- Assist or observe with radiography, anaesthesia, surgery as appropriate
- Assist or observe with sample collection and processing
- Assist or observe with handling of wild animals
- Assist or observe with nursing care of in-patients including medications, or husbandry
- Self-guided study, when quiet, you will be expected to read or research relevant topics
- When quiet, assist with general running of the hospital, including menial tasks
- If required, time permitting you may be asked to assist with other sections of the Fauna team
