Description of Elective Experience:
Externs will be assisting clinicians and interns in daily treatments, outpatient work-ups, surgeries and emergencies after hours and on weekends.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
Digital xrays, ultrasound, endoscopy, surgery facilities, dental equipment.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Students are expected to participate and assist in daily treatments, patient workups and surgeries. Responsibilities of the student will depend on the students' experience and aptitiude. Students are encouraged to get involved with the whole process as much as possible.

No cost. Air conditioned and heated room with an in-room fridge. Access to bathrooms, showers, laundry and internet. No pets please.
