Observation and assisting doctors in surgery and appointments

Three veterinarians. Digital radiography, ultrasound.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
30-40 hours per week. Can shadow, assist and observe.
