Description of Elective Experience:
MGAH is a full-service small animal hospital. Participation in examinations, treatment and surgery. Client interaction and discussions.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
MGAH has multiple RVT's and excellent trained staff to assist doctor experience. Ultrasound, dental suite and surgical.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Extern will be professional, courteous and dependable. Participation in case discussion, client education, writing of SOAP's, surgical assistance and dentistry. Have a fun learning experience.
Student Housing (include costs, amenities, pet friendly, contact info if different from elective contact info):
If student requests guest room availability with Christian Bolz/Debbie Bolz DVM. No additional pets allowed (our pets not accepting).
