We are a fast paced, high volume, multi-doctor practice. This would be the perfect fit for a flexible schedule. We’re open six days a week, including afternoon shifts, working Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to Noon. Here at the North Main Animal Clinic and Clayton Animal Hospital you’ll experience the day to day operation of a well rounded, four doctor general practice. Students will actively participate in sick and wellness appointments, as well as surgical procedures. We will provide a full clinic experience for all of our veterinary student externs, from performing examinations, working up differential diagnoses, reviewing lab work and diagnostics, and discussing treatment methods and protocols.
We offer two locations, both equipped with a surgical prep and surgical suite, in-house laboratory, digital radiography (including dental), and laser therapy. We pride ourselves on providing quality care by offering a wide variety of medical, surgical, and dental services using progressive, modern medicine and innovative technology. Our teams consist of four DVMs, multiple RVTs and support staff.
Our goal is to allow you as many opportunities as possible to participate in medical procedures and surgery, depending upon your comfort level and the DVM on duty at the time. We have a flexible schedule; hours may vary.
