Description of Elective Experience:
The student will spend time on calls with staff veterinarians. There will be a fair amount of reproductive work as well as various other bovine tasks including record nalysis usind DC305. Some milk quality work as well as office laborartory work depending on scheduling and time of year.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
We have 4 veterinarians and 2 staff members. Equipment is standard for a bovine practice.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Students are expected to be on time, and will spend their day with one of the staff veterinarians from Monday-Friday starting at 7:30 am.

Students are housed at as bed and breakfast or a hotel at our cost. Call for amenities and pet friendly possibilities.
