Description of Elective Experience:
Extern works with all the veterinarians in the practice and get to see a wide range of cases. The extern also helps the interns with emergencies and hospital patients.

6 veterinarians, 2 interns, 1 fellow and 10 support staff

Student is sent an externship guidelines with what is expected of them prior to the externship.

Free housing in the intern house, no pets allowed for externs. Use of kitchen available.
