Description of Elective Experience: 

Academic Experience

Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.: 

OSU will provide personnel for guidance on instructional duties, classroom space, and instructional equipment for classroom and laboratory instruction.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?: 

During a two-week period of time during AU24 (possibly Nov 12-24), the student will work the Dr. Eastridge on the instruction for ANIMSCI 3430 and 4007. This will include selection of a topic for development of learning goals and a lesson plan. The student will be expected to lecture on the identified topic to a group of undergraduate students, many of which will be pre-veterinary students. Duties may also include development of assignments, grading of assignments, and posting grades for the assignments.  

Student Housing (include costs, amenities, pet friendly, contact info if different from elective contact info): 

Since this time block is on the OSU Columbus campus, student will be responsible for their own housing.
