Responsibility of the student is to gain as much experience within a busy mixed animal clinic as they feel comfortable and willing to do. Some opportunities may be limited to the amount of extra time available within a busy practice but every effort is made to allow student experience if the student is competent and comfortable with the procedure or technique.
In most cases, students may stay with the practice owners at their home but if not other arrangements can be made.
