Description of Elective Experience:
90% mixed small animal, some exotic, equine, food animal. Experience would include medicine and surgery. This will be hands on, to prepare students for practice.

Fully staffed 2.5 techs, 1.5 doctors. Laser therapy, surgical laser, digital and dental x ray, in house iddex lab. Veterinarian information network,
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Assist veterinarian and staff in any way needed. Students should have well-rounded skills and knowledge, and be able to assist in diagnosis and treatment of patients. We are open 5.5 days a week and see emergencies after hours
