Description of Elective Experience:
Food animal general practice encompassing cow/calf and livestock auction market services.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
Full haul in clinic as well as mobile clinics for on farm services which include portable hydraulic chutes for handling livestock.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Student will assist veterinarian during normal business hours wich are 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday. Student will also be available at all times while on site for emergencies. Student will be able to participate when able depending on service being provided and skill level.

Full apartment with kitchen and bath available in clinic.
