Description of Elective Experience:
Provide broad spectrum experience in all facets of small animal medicine and surgery. We have variety with standard and complementary medicine. I have special interest in orthopedics and reproductive, as well as alternative medicine.
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
We are staffed for a 2 doctor practice with 2 receptionists, 3-4 Registed/ non-Registered technicians, 2 or more kennel personnel, as well as grooming staff.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Monday-Thursday 7:45 am - 6:15 pm
Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Direct supervision at all times. Hands on learning dependent on student's level of comfort and experience.
