Description of Elective Experience:
Small animal general practice- wellness care, spay/neuter, dentals, urgent care visits, routine sick visits.
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Hands-on experience with small animal general practice. 4-5 days a week, 2 week externship. Shadowing plus technical skill teaching, welcome to scrub into surgeries (surgeon dependent).
