There are two veterinarians with over 20 years of clinical experience, one with 8 years, and two recent graduates.  We consult with local Board certified veterinarians when needed. We have a well trained technical staff as well. We have ultrasound, digital radiography, and an endoscope.  We have in house blood machines. We also do fecals by centrifugation.

We have weekly staff meetings that Kelsey will be expected to participate in.  We alternate between business and continuing education for the staff.

Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:

Kelsey's responsibilities will include being on time, being attentive, and asking questions related to the business and practice of veterinary medicine. She will also be expected to prepare a 20 minute talk on a topic for continuting education of our technical staff. She will be expected to go on farm calls with the vet doing herd physicals and also be attentive in small animal appointments and surgeries.  She will receive up to 10 hours of supervision per day, 5-6 days a week.
