Description of Elective Experience:
Student will shadow one of our 3 doctors in our busy emergency referral center that serves the tri-county area, receiving referrral emergencies from nearly 40 practices
Institutional and Educational Resources - staffing, equipment, etc.:
3 full time doctors, 6 technicians/assistants. Full Abaxis lab, digital xray, endoscope
Student Responsibilities - what is expected of students in terms of hours, days of the week, shadowing or actual support?:
Hours will be flexible to accommodate students schedules, we are open Monday-Thursadaau 6pm-8am, Friday 6pm- Monday at 8am. Student will shadow doctors
